I have got rid of the mods before uninstalling the game and reinstalling as there maybe left over mod files as some of them changed textures and animations, after that I defraged and ccleaned and ran antivirus to get rid of any left overs then I reinstalled the game and it was still dead, I no longer have a mod list they are all gone now, I didn't think that far ahead.
